My name is Galen Massey. I have been a real estate investor and broker in Charlotte, NC for more than 27 years. In this time I have done between 700 and 800 deals of various kinds. I have done: Fix and Flips, Wholesaling, Demolition and rebuild, Rentals, New construction, Foreclosures, and Estates with multiple heirs. Flat Fee Listing

Flat Fee Listings, also called unserviced listings, are a simple and inexpensive way to get a property onto the Multiple Listing Service, MLS, and in front of thousands of brokers who have buyers looking to buy. The traditional approach to listing a property costs a percentage of the sales price and costs in the thousands of dollars. A flat fee listing charges a fraction of that cost upfront for just the service of putting the property on the MLS. There is always a selling commission that must be paid if a selling broker brings a buyer to your property. I charge $450 and you decide the selling commission amount you will also pay when it sells. I do not offer packages that limit your listing. I give you everything in one low price. This includes all the pictures allowed by the MLS which is 48, listed for 12 months or until it sells or you want it removed, it is syndicated out to most major internet portals like Realtor.com and many others, and will be professionally measured and floor plan drawn.

Buying Property

I buy properties in any condition or situation. I specialize in buying, “hard to close”, properties. Properties like multiple heirs that are not agreeing with each other or some heirs can’t be found. I buy properties in estates with severe title issues. I also buy properties where one ex-spouse doesn’t want to sell. I buy land that that* has encroachments or zoning issues.
